The Commissioners of Irish Lights hereby give notice that on or about 20 August 2011, a new lighted Port Hand Lateral Buoy equipped with AIS   will be established approximately 0.5 NM to the NNE (026°) of the large Skerries Island. This change was recommended in the 2010 Navigation Review.
