The Commissioners of Irish Lights hereby give notice that on or about 28 April 2011, or as soon thereafter as circumstances permit, the existing Horseshoe Buoy will be repositioned approximately 0.6 cables to the ENE to align with the charted clearing line with Wicklow Head and Dunran Hill. This change was recommended in the 2010 Navigation Review.
