The Commissioners of Irish Lights hereby give notice that on
Monday 2nd September 2002, or as soon thereafter as circumstances
permit, a lighted buoy with the following characteristics will be
established:

Latitude 53° 50.6' N
Longitude 09° 43.2' W
Type West Cardinal
Character Q (9) 15s
Colour Yellow with Black Band
Topmark Two cones apexes together
The existing unlighted buoy in the same position will be withdrawn at the same time.
A Radio Navigational Warning will be issued when the new buoy is established.
