The purpose of this form is to enable GPS and DGPS users to report incidents involving loss or degradation of the service. The incident may result from interference, environmental conditions or the cause may be unknown. The information will be collated and investigated where appropriate, so that measures can be taken to remove sources of interference and guidance can be offered on improving installations.
